Rooh afza milkshake
Rooh afza / Rose syrup drink is a super refreshing drink for Iftar and for this summer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk
- 4 tablespoons Rooh afza syrup
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons Basil seeds (Sabja seeds or Falooda seeds)
Instructions
- Soak basil seeds in 3/4 cup of water for half an hour
- Add rooh afza syrup to the chilled milk, add sugar. If sugar has big granules then grind into powder, so it dissolves quickly.
- Mix well and keep it refrigerated till serving.
- Add spoonful of sabja seeds before serving, if you like.
Rooh Afza Lemonade
Ingredients
- 4 cups Water
- 5-7 tbsp Rooh Afza / Rose Syrup
- 4 tbsp Lemon Juice or as needed
- 1-2 tbsp Sugar optional
- Ice Cubes Lemon Slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl or jar, add 4 cups of cold or normal water.
- Add lemon juice, sugar and rooh afza syrup.
- Mix everything well.
- Adjust the sugar as per your taste.
- Pour into glasses and add ice cubes and lemon slices.
- Serve chilled.
